We are excited to share that both Liam and Lauren will present to the New Castle County WordPress Meetup towards the end of February. Liam and Lauren will travel to the neighboring state of Delaware on February 27th to share experiences of working together as a two-person employer/employee creative team.

As involved as we are with the WordPress community, we get excited when it’s nearly time for any local WordCamp. Yet, this time we’re super excited because it’s our own local WordCamp – WordCamp Philly!
On Friday, September 8th, Lauren Pittenger drove the five hours from suburban Philadelphia to Pittsburgh to attend and speak at the second annual WordCamp Pittsburgh. As expected, WordCamp Pittsburgh prove a wonderfully valuable experience, packed with lots of educational and networking opportunities.
As it’s been more than three months since Liam Dempsey and Tara Claeys launched their new podcast, we figure we should probably announce it on our website. Hallway Chats is a new podcast that introduces the unique designers, developers, marketing consultants, content creators, project managers, and more who make our community the flourishing environment we love.
As we highlighted in our newsletter last month, Liam Dempsey was recently interviewed on a new, popular podcast, How I Built It. Through his podcast, Joe Casabona interviews women and men about how they built a product, a WordPress plugin, a successful business and more.
With MLK Day of Service around the corner, we are looking forward to and preparing to be of service as a team in suburban Philadelphia. We will be joining volunteers to assemble bags of goods for those experiencing addiction in the Philadelphia community.
