We are excited to share the news that Liam Dempsey will be speaking at WordCamp Atlanta on Sunday, April 15th. After launching a podcast called Hallway Chats with friend and colleague, Tara Claeys, Liam will share what they have learned about building community through podcasting.
Earlier this week, Liam Dempsey presented a talk titled WordPress as a Communication Platform to the Baltimore WordPress Meetup Group. In the talk, Liam explored the ways in which the WordPress community communicates and how those lessons may be applied to the greater world.
On Monday, 05-Feb-2018, the Philly ‘burbs WordPress Meetup focused on Gutenberg, the new content editor within WordPress. Over the course of the evening, the group enjoyed an overview of Gutenberg, what it does, when it’s likely to be incorporated into WordPress core, and where it’s heading in a technical sense. The evening then turned to a panel discussion about what Gutenberg will mean for the individual panelist’s respective businesses. Continue reading
We are excited to share that both Liam and Lauren will present to the New Castle County WordPress Meetup towards the end of February. If you haven’t heard about the changes happening within WordPress and you manage the content on a site, we want you to be aware that there are some big changes happening with the WordPress software. Those changes are being driven by Gutenberg.
With December only a few weeks away, we are looking forward to attending one last WordCamp – the biggest WordCamp in the US, WordCamp US (WCUS).

On Friday, September 8th, Lauren Pittenger drove the five hours from suburban Philadelphia to Pittsburgh to attend and speak at the second annual WordCamp Pittsburgh.
