We are excited to share the news that Liam Dempsey will be speaking at WordCamp Atlanta on Sunday, April 15th. After launching a podcast called Hallway Chats with friend and colleague, Tara Claeys, Liam will share what they have learned about building community through podcasting.
Earlier this week, Liam Dempsey presented a talk titled WordPress as a Communication Platform to the Baltimore WordPress Meetup Group. In the talk, Liam explored the ways in which the WordPress community communicates and how those lessons may be applied to the greater world.
On Friday, September 8th, Lauren Pittenger drove the five hours from suburban Philadelphia to Pittsburgh to attend and speak at the second annual WordCamp Pittsburgh. As expected, WordCamp Pittsburgh prove a wonderfully valuable experience, packed with lots of educational and networking opportunities.
As communications designers, WordPress is an integral part of our everyday lives. We use it to publish our own content, as well as our clients’. From the occasional blog post to sharing event details around the country, WordPress is our go-to tool. We use it to sell products, collect donations and build e-mail marketing lists. Our primary focus is designing and developing custom WordPress themes. We’ve even recently begun to use the Genesis framework for select projects. Continue reading

As a communications design consultancy, we are big fans of WordPress. We use it every day, making new websites for our clients and maintaining client sites that we’ve built and even some that we have not.
