We're looking for a web designer

UPDATE (01-OCT-2010): We found a new designer to join our team! Please help us in welcoming Ngaire Ackerley to our London office.
We’re looking for an energetic front end web designer with a solid knowledge of web standards and an impressive portfolio to join our London office. We would expect any new team member to be very people-friendly, extremely code savvy, really focussed on client satisfaction and in-tune with the latest web trends and technologies.
The role will entail working with our creatives in the UK and US.
Those All Important Job Necessities
- A proven track record with at least 2 years of experience in front-end web design
- Great interpersonal skills, comfortable with face-to-face, email and telephone conversations
- Professional and responsible, with ability to work alone and to meet deadlines
- In-depth knowledge of HTML and CSS; must be able to hand-code the front end of a website
- Committed to web standards, and best practices with respect to web accessibility
- Skilled in ensuring cross-browser compatability
- Experience of PHP, WordPress and Textpattern
Just Some of the Other Desirables
- Knowledge of javascript and javascript libraries like jQuery
- Print knowledge and experience
- Illustration skills
